- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2-3 tablespoons Milk

- First, boil water in a pan. Add cornflour and cook till it thickens. When you get a paste, remove from fire. Cool slightly and add milk powder. Whisk well till you get a thick paste. Keep aside.
- Then blend together mango puree, cream cheese, cheese slices, hung curd and honey. Add the cornflour paste and whisk well. Strain and chill until used.


- Grind the digestive biscuits and granola to a coarse powder. Add 2 tablespoons milk and mix.(When you press it, it should get pressed well and not crumble). Use more milk of needed.
