- almost 2 cups Mango puree - (from 2 mangoes)
- 3 tbsp Gelatin -
- 1/4th cup Warm water -
- 6 tbsp Butter melted -
- 3 cups Digestive or marie biscuits -
- Must needed utencil for this
- Springfoam pan - 9 inch (my pan was full)
Steps to make Mango cheesecake
- 1. Lay butter paper in the pan base and grease it. Sides too.
- 2. In a chopper crush biscuits and add butter. Then make a solid equal layer in the pan and press it with hand or back of spoon. Keep it in the fridge for 15 mins or until your batter is ready.
- 3. Beat cream until soft peaks form.
- 4. Mix gelatin in warm water and keep aside. It starts getting thick so don't make it before beating the cream.
- 5. In cream add creamcheese, sugar, mango puree and mix well. Check the taste for sweetness.
- 6. Add gelatin in the batter and mix well.
- 7. Pour this in the pan over the biscuit layer and keep it overnight in the fridge or until set.
- 8.On top I made little rosses from mango as we made tomato rose in salad
