- 2.5 cup Water
- 2 cheese slice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp chopped Carrot

- In moderately heated pan add oil + butter, add garlic and sauté for few I seconds then add onion and sauté for few seconds.

- Add carrot + capsicum + corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes.


- Now add maida and sauté for around 2 minutes or till maida turns aromatic.


- Now add milk and wait for a boil, then add pepper powder + oregano + salt and give a good mix.


- Now add cheese and keep stirring for around 2 minutes so that cheese melts nicely.


- Now add chicken and cook for around 1 minute. Mixture thickens.



- Now add boiled macaroni and mix gently, simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.


- Dish is ready.



- Serve hot hot with garlic bread and enjoy the healthiest version of Mac n cheese.
