- Boil macroni, drain, put some oil and keep aside. Cut, Wash and strain chicken cubes


- To marinate chicken add ginger garlic paste, tikka masala and yougurt



- Add soya sauce and chilli sauce



- Mix well and at least keep it for an hour

- For white sauce heat a pan add butter then add maida whisk properly to make sure of no lumps



- Cook for two minutes and add milk. Cook on medium flame until it got thick



- Remove from the stove and add nutmeg powder, black pepper powder and salt



- Grate cheddar cheese and add it into the sauce while it's hot. Tadaaa ur sauce is ready



- To cook chicken heat a pan add oil in it and fry chopped onions until they get pink in colour



- Add chicken and fry it well add tomato purée after some while



- Cook it well until it watered dries off and oil gets separate

- Twist is roast panko bread crumbs with thyme to put it on the top



- Now assembling. Take a dish put some white sauce as first layer and sprinkle some chilli flakes on it



- Then macroni as a second layer and chicken as third layer and sprinkle some of dry parsley



- Repat againall the layers step by stet



- Fill up the dish and cover the whole dish with roasted panko and some of ur favourite cheese



- I have used parmisaan and cheddar both and sprinkle some chilli flakes and dried parsley



- Preheat oven for fifteen minutes on 200 degree. Bake it for fifteen to twenty minutes to get acrunchy cheesy layering and believe u will fall in love with this layer
